Collection Overview: NCALM logo This dataset was collected as an NCALM Seed grant for PI Devon Snyder, University of Nevada, Reno, for the purpose of applying airborne laser swatch mapping to scale up rainfall interception before and after the removal of pinon and juniper in a woodland-encroached sagebrush ecosystem. The survey area is located approximately 180 km east of Carson City, Nevada.
